MLX90640ESF-BAA-000-TU Overview
To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in TO-205AD, TO-39-3 Metal Can packages. A voltage of 2.9V~3.6V should be supplied by the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk for protection. The maximum voltage supplied by image sensors is 3.6V. However, the minimum voltage supplied by image sensors should be 3V.
