RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 140MHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 352-LBGA Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tray format.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.There are 352 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.
