HMC365S8G Overview
A frequency of 0Hz~13GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.RF IC with the enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.The Strip package contains this RF modulator.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.RF module has 8 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.It is a 8-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 110mA.
