LMX2502LQ1635/NOPB Overview


RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 1635MHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.This integrated circuit has 28 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -30°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 17mA.
