Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-BGA package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. A maximum voltage of 3V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons.
