CD4098BF Overview
A CDIP-shaped packaging surrounds the digital timer. To mount this digital timer with Through Hole. The minimum operating temperature of the chip must not be lower than -55°C. It's best to use the timer clock when the temperature is below 125°C. The timer clock contains 16 pins. The supply voltage of the programmable timer can rate 5V. You can read the timer clock's additional feature in the follwing: RETRIGGERABLE. The sum of the IC chip pins is 16 . The number of the chip's terminations sums up to 16. The minimum supply voltage of the chip must not be lower than 3V. The supply voltage of this chip should not exceed 18V. The timer clock runs quiescent current at 20μA.
