BCS5030G1 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 2012 (5030 Metric) packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 6V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 6V. Without light, a photodiode has 100pA current.
