VTP7840H Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Radial, Side View packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 1V voltage per photodiode. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes.
