STGWT40HP65FB Description


The STGWT40HP65FB is a Trench gate field-stop IGBT, HB series 650 V, 40 A high speed. An innovative, unique trench gate field-stop structure was used to construct the IGBT in this device. This particular frequency converter is a component of the new HB series of IGBTs, which stands for the best possible trade-off between conduction loss and switching loss. Additionally, a safer paralleling operation is produced by the slightly positive VCE(sat) temperature coefficient and the extremely tight parameter distribution.
