STGP10NB37LZ is a kind of internally clamped ICBT that is designed based on the advanced PowerMESH? process. On the basis of this process, an excellent trade-off can be achieved between switching proformance and low on-state behavior. Its build-in collector-gate Zener provides a extremely precise active clamping and the emitter-gate Zener is able to provide an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection.
