STG3699ADWF Overview
To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tray is used. There is 2:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. The operating temperature is extended to around -55°C~125°C TA. SPDT switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. There are 4 circuits in this multiplexer. Use STG3699 to search for variants of the digital switches. The voltage required by this switch device is 1.65V~4.3V, draining from a single voltage supply.
