L6986H3V3 Overview
Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The space-saving 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~150°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 250kHz~2MHz. Input voltage 4V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.3V. As a result of the 2A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. There is a maximum input voltage of 38V for this voltage regulator 12v.
