MP5403BGQBU-P Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 20-UFQFN package. A total of 2 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable (Fixed) outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 1.5MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.6V.
