This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 7 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. The harley voltage regulator is available as a TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 150kHz.
