BUX48 Overview
This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 5V.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 7V.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is 15A.In this part, there is a transition frequency of 5MHz.The maximum collector current is 15A volts.
