2STC5242 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 80 @ 1A 5V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two. This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 3V.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 5V allows for a high level of efficiency.30MHz is present in the transition frequency.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 15A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
