SI5392K-A-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 44-TFLGA Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. LVCMOS is designed as this clock generator's input. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V available for use with this clock PLL. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C TA is the appropriate ambient temperature. This is a clock generator compatible with CML, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS logic levels.
