SI5335A-B09066-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
