SI5335B-B08300-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
