SI5348B-D08942-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. 350MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator.
