SI5395D-A11050-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. An up to 350MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There should be 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is estimated by the test statistics. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS logic.
