8V97051NLGI Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 4.4GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer.
