SI5347C-D-GM Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 64 terminations found in the file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. In this case, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
