SI5335D-B05802-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
