SI5395K-A10591-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-TFLGA Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 350MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As long as there are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA, which should be set as the ambient temperature. There are several logic levels in CML, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS logic that can be used with this clock generator. This electronic component is usually classified as a Clock Multiplier, Jitter Attenuator component.
