SI5345B-D11046-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. A clock generator's input is called CML, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An up to 350MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. This is a clock generator compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock Multiplier, Jitter Attenuator component.
