SI5335D-B01873-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
