This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Clock generators can take up to 1.89V of power as a maximum supply voltageThere are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
