SI5335A-B05179-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
