SI5345B-B07024-GM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 64 terminations found in this file. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
