ICS672M-02IT Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 135MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.13V~5.5V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature.
