Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
