849N202CKI-010LF Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. As part of the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. There is a Clock PLL called HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 644.53MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be 2.375V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer.
