2309A-1HPGG Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. As the Clock PLL's input, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Providing a maximum frequency of 133MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications.
