ICS291PGT Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 200MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3.135V~3.465V. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. CMOS logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
