As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
