SI5335D-B06991-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
