In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
