SI5340B-D11012-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 44 terminations found in the file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 350MHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer.
