AD9517-2BCPZ Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 240 when reflown. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V.
