SI5340B-D09027-GM Overview

Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
