SI5335B-B04512-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file.
