SI5335D-B07179-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
