This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage.
