SI5335B-B02096-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
