Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
