PCS3I6200AG-06JR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package includes this clock generator. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 120MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are 2.375V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the Clock logic levels is presented here.
