SI5335D-B05716-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
