SI5335D-B05551-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
