As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. In it, there are 44 terminations to be found. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator.
